We call this ‘Lazy Potato Wedge Wonder’—3 ingredients, and they come out perfectly crispy every time!
Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon salt (and pepper to taste)

Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and scrub the potatoes clean, then cut each potato into 8 wedges.
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
Arrange the wedges on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are in a single layer, skin-side down.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wedges are golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
