Sweet and Spicy Honey Pepper Chicken with Creamy Macaroni Cheese

2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Cook Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make Honey Pepper Sauce: In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Coat Chicken: Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet and coat them with the honey pepper sauce. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Prepare Macaroni Cheese: While the chicken is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and whisk continuously for 1-2 minutes. Gradually pour in milk, whisking until the mixture thickens.
