Instructions
Step 1: Prep Your Pan
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment.
Step 2: Make the Chocolate Base
In a saucepan over low heat, melt semisweet and milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Pour half into the prepared dish, spread evenly, and chill.
Step 3: Create the Nougat Layer
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, cooking 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in peanuts. Spread over the chilled chocolate.
Step 4: Add the Caramel
Microwave caramel bits and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth. Pour over the nougat, spreading evenly.
Step 5: Top with Chocolate
Reheat the remaining chocolate mixture (if needed) until smooth. Pour over the caramel and spread.
Step 6: Chill and Enjoy!
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm. Lift out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
