Pineapple Quick Bread

4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in two parts, gently folding after each addition. Avoid overmixing—the batter should still have a few lumps. Gently fold in the crushed pineapple and optional nuts.

5. Pour Into Loaf Pan

Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly. If desired, sprinkle turbinado sugar on top for a crunchy finish.

6. Bake Until Golden

Bake in the preheated oven for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top starts browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil during the last 10–15 minutes of baking.
