My friends at church love making this recipe and they always sell out.

Ingredients:
12-14 graham crackers (enough for the baking sheet)
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups coarsely chopped pecan halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Place the graham crackers and line them on the baking sheet. You can break them up to place them on top.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the brown sugar and salt. Stir continuously until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Add the chopped pecans to the saucepan. Bring everything to a boil. Keep stirring for 2 minutes.
