Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole Recipe

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Make the Meatloaf

In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; don’t overmix! Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Step 3: Bake the Meatloaf Layer

Bake for 20 minutes. While it bakes, prepare the macaroni and cheese.
