I’m not the biggest fan of cooking, but we’ve been making this meal for a while and it’s always a favorite!

1 pound ground beef
8 ounces long yellow noodles
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
