Golden Garlic Chicken Bites over Creamy Parmesan

Let’s Cook!

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Boil salted water. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.

Step 2: Season and Cook the Chicken

In a bowl, combine chicken, flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter and minced garlic. Sauté 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then add lemon juice. Stir well, scraping up browned bits. Return chicken, toss to coat.

Step 4: Creamy Parmesan Pasta

In a separate skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook 3-4 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Toss to coat.

Step 5: Serve!

Serve pasta topped with chicken bites. Garnish with parsley (optional). Enjoy!

Cook’s Tips

  • Chicken Tip: Don’t overcrowd the skillet! Cook in batches for best results.
  • Pasta Water: Reserved pasta water thins the sauce and adds flavor. Add more if needed.
  • Parmesan: Freshly grated Parmesan tastes best!
