Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Once cooled, fold in the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and beans.
