Savory Stuffing Balls

Ingredients:

 

4 cups dry bread cubes

– 1 cup onion, finely chopped

– 1 cup celery, finely chopped

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter

– 1 teaspoon dried sage

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/2 cup chicken broth (add more if needed for consistency)

– 2 large eggs, beaten

Directions:

Prepare the Bread Cubes:

Place the dry bread cubes in a large mixing bowl. If your bread cubes aren’t fully dry, toast them in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes.
