Preparation:
1. Just a simple recipe with a very good cream made from only three ingredients – mascarpone, whipped cream and sugar.
2. Next, whip the cream with 100g of sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Whisk in the mascarpone. Blend everything until smooth. Next, puree 100g of strawberries with 50g of sugar.
3. Then line a small dish with sponge fingers, then pour the strawberry puree over them and layer the cream on top.
