Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crabmeat, diced shrimp, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, dill, garlic, and optional spices. Mix gently until evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if neededโadd more lemon zest or herbs for brightness.
Step 3: Stuff the Salmon
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Divide the crab-shrimp mixture among the fillets, placing it along the center of each piece.
- Gently fold one side of the salmon over the filling to create a “stuffed pocket.” Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
